Raita

Ingredients

  • 150 ml low fat natural yoghurt
  • 5cm of cucumber, finely chopped
  • tbsp chopped fresh mint
Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together and chill.
  2. Serve with your curries as a great accompaniment.
