- 4 chicken breasts, cut into chunks
- 45 ml soy sauce
- 60 ml dry sherry
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 garlic cloves, skinned and chopped
- 2.5 cm of fresh ginger, finely grated
- ground pepper
Method
- Mix soy sauce, sherry and honey with all of the ginger, garlic and pepper. Add 2-3 tbsp of warm water.
- Add the chicken and mix well. Chill for at least an hour, turning occassionally.
- Put the chicken chunks on to skewers and grill for 10 - 15 minutes.
- Serve with Raisin Rice.
